Overview:
You can now toggle whether the remarks field in time off type is mandatory. When remarks field is mandatory, users will not be able to request for time off without leaving a remark.
Toggling Remarks Required On or Off - Add Time off Type
- Go to Settings > Time Off > Time Off Type > Add Time Off Type > Toggle Yes or No for Remarks Required
Toggling Remarks Required On or Off - Existing Time Off Types
- All existing time off types will have the Remarks Required field set to No by default
- Users will need to change the setting by editing existing time off types
- Go to Settings > Time Off > Time Off Type > Click on Pencil Icon of the specific time off type
- When Remarks Required field is toggled Yes > User will not be able to click Submit to submit time off request
