Overview:
One of the first steps you should do in Omni HR is to view your profile, check your information, and make sure everything is in order. We will learn how to do just that in this article.

How to see your Profile
You can access your profile in two ways: Either way will take you right to your profile page.
From your homepage, click "View My Profile".
Click your name in the top-right corner of the page, and from the dropdown menu, select "Profile".
The Different Profile Tabs
- Once inside your profile, you'll see different tabs. Your access to these tabs will differ based on the permission given by your admin. Let's go through each one briefly.
- Below are the descriptions of what you can find in each profile tab.
Snapshot This is where you'll see a brief summary of your profile which includes your contact details (if provided), team info, and career journey. Profile This is where you will be able to see your full employee information such as your basic info (name, nationality, etc), email address, employment, and more. Payroll If this is activated for your organization, this is where you'll see your base salary, recurring items, identification documents and statutory details related to payroll. Time Off This tab is where you'll see your time off information (time off balances, time off history), calendar, and where you can apply for time off. Expense This tab allows you to submit expenses and view your expense submission history. Documents Visit this tab for you to see Personal and Company documents uploaded to your profile. You can also upload documents if you have the permission. Payslips If payroll is activated in your account, this is where you'll see your payslips Workflows If you have tasks assigned, they will be categorized in either one of these tabs, and you can check them here. Tasks This is where you can take the tasks assigned to you. Aside from onboarding/offboarding tasks, this tab will also include other tasks such as approving time off requests and acknowledging documents. Access Level This is usually accessed by admins. This is the tab where you can check your access level, email, and reset your password.
Notes :
Some profile details—like your bank information or name—may need your manager’s approval before changes take effect. If you see "Pending Information Update" after making edits, just reach out to your Admin or HR team for help.
