Step 1: Set Up Survey Details

  1. Navigate to Surveys and click Add New Survey to create a new survey.
  2. The following fields will be empty by default:
    • Survey Name
    • Description
    • Submission Period
  3. The option "Collect submissions anonymously" will be unchecked by default.

Step 2: Create Questions

  1. Use the Form Builder to create your survey questions.
  2. The following question types are supported:
    • Single select
    • Multi select
    • Long answer (open-ended text)
    • Rating scale

Step 3: Select Recipients

Admins can choose survey recipients by using checkboxes and filters, such as:

  • Probation Status
  • Start Date
  • Last Day of Work
  • Location
  • Company
  • Department
  • Team
  • Position
  • Employment Type

Step 4: Schedule

  1. Survey Launch Date:
    • By default, the launch date is set to today’s date (e.g. 18/10/2024).
  2. Submission Deadline:
    • Set the deadline by specifying the number of days from the start date (e.g., 7 days for 1 week, 14 days for 2 weeks).
    • This approach simplifies scheduling, eliminating the need for a specific date picker.

Step 5: Review & Launch

  1. Review the survey details:
    • Survey Name, Description, Submission Period, and Selected Recipients.
  2. Preview Option:
    • Use the preview feature to view the final survey form before launching.

Save Survey as Draft

  1. At any point during the survey creation process, Admins can choose to click Save as Draft.
  2. Saving as a draft allows Admins to:
    • Pause and resume editing at a later time.
    • Review and adjust details before finalizing the survey.
