How to Duplicate a Survey Form

Overview:

This guide will show you how you may duplicate a survey form. This will help admins launch similar surveys quickly without the need to recreate a survey form from scratch. 

Duplicate Survey

• Go to the Left Side Panel > Survey
• From the survey listings, click on the 3-dot menu next to the survey you wish to duplicate
• Click on Duplicate

• In the pop-up as shown below, fill in the new Survey Name and Description
• You may also check the box if you wish to Collect Submissions Anonymously
• Click Save

• You will then be brought to edit the survey form as shown below
  
  

• Steps 1 & 2 are automatically duplicated, so you will not need to re-enter the details or re-create the questions
• You will still be able to add new questions if required, if not, you may click Next
• You can then continue down the steps 3 to 5 to launch the survey

Key Things to Note

• The survey name cannot be duplicated
• Surveys with all statuses; Active, Scheduled, In Progress & Completed can be duplicated. Draft surveys cannot be duplicated
