Uploading Documents in Employees' Profiles

Overview:

Aside from the Document Library, the system also allows the admins to store employee documents directly inside the profiles. In this article, we will walk you through on how you can upload the documents in the employees' profiles.


Uploading Documents in Employees' Profiles:

  • To start, go to an Employee's Profile > Documents



  • The Documents tab is divided into two sections, namely Personal Documents and Company Documents.
    • Personal Documents - In this section, you may store personal files such as ID, CV, birth certificate, etc.
    • Company Documents - While for this part, we recommend to upload employee files that are associated with the company such as Certificate of Employment (COE), Promotion Letter, Contract, etc.



  • To upload a document, click on Document Actions > Upload Document



  • A pop-up would appear on screen, wherein you will have to note the following:
    • Maximum file size for upload is 5MB.
    • The following will be the accepted file formats: .doc, .docx, .pdf, .jpg, .jpeg, .png, .bmp, .xls, .xslx.



  • The next step would be selecting the document type you wish to upload.



  • It's now time to choose the file/s for the specific document type you have selected. It can be done by clicking on click here to choose or by drag and drop. Once files are selected, just click confirm.



And there you have it! We have now successfully uploaded the files under the Documents tab.
