Overview:

Admins may now bulk assign workflows & tasks to multiple employees at one go. This helps save admins time and reduce need to perform repeat actions.

  • In Workflows > Dashboard, you’ll find two tabs: By Task and By Employee.
  • On either the By Task or By Employee tab, admins can bulk assign tasks and workflows, as well as preview or load existing templates.

  • Step 1: Click Assign
  • Step 2: Select the workflow you would like to assign

  • Once you select the workflow, the tasks associated with the selected workflow will be automatically loaded.

  • Load the tasks from the workflow template.

  • You can also select additional tasks from the dropdown to assign, on top of the loaded tasks from the         workflow template.

  • Step 3: Set task triggers

  • You can also configure task triggers individually for each task.

  • Step 4: Select employees to assign the tasks

  • You can search for employees by name, department, position, company, or location.

  • You can also use filters to narrow down and select specific groups of employees. This makes it easier to identify those who need the tasks assigned.

  • Step 5: Review & assign

  • Review the selected tasks and assigned employees carefully before finalizing the assignment.

  • Once tasks are assigned, you will be brought to the dashboard.
    • If the user begins the assignment flow from the By Task tab, they will be redirected back to the By Task page after completing the assignment.

    • If the user starts from the By Employee tab, they will return to the By Employee page upon completion.
