Overview:
This guide aims to show how admins can delete employee's tasks or mark as complete via their employee profiles.
Prerequisite:
- Before you can do this, please ensure you have the permission "Manage tasks for employees" under Setting > Access Control > Your Role > Workflows Section.
- This permission will allow you to perform the following action in Profile > Workflow Tab and Profile > Task Tab.
- Delete employee’s task
- Mark employee’s task as completed
- This applies to your own task.
(1) View tasks under Employee Profile > Workflows Tab
- When you view the Workflows tab under the Employee Profile, you will see the Mark as Complete and Delete icons for applicable tasks.
Notes:
- Tasks that are scheduled cannot be marked as complete.
- Tasks with dependencies cannot be deleted, as they are linked to other tasks.
(2) View tasks under Employee Profile > Tasks Tab
- You can delete task / mark as complete for a specific task by clicking into the task.
