Overview:
Admins can bulk import OKR via Omni to reduce the time and steps needed to create OKR for multiple employees at a time.
Step 1: Download/Make a copy of the template from this link.
Step 2: Fill-up the template accordingly.
- Here are some things to remember about the template as you are filling it up:
- For "Column A [Objective Owner (email)]", you can fill in the work or personal email from the objective owner's account. This will required by the system to identify and assign the OKR to the correct objective owner.
- For "Column B, E" are required fields, while "Column C & D" are optional fields.
- For "Column F- H" are required fields, and this is how it should be filled.
- If period is custom, fill in Custom period in Column F, then indicate the dates in Columns G and H. Tips:
(1) The date format should follow DD/MM/YYYY.
(2) Type in Custom period as the format shown as this is case sensitive. - If period is one of the default (Q1 2025, H1 2025, 2025), fill in Column F and keep Columns G and H blank.
- If period is custom, fill in Custom period in Column F, then indicate the dates in Columns G and H. Tips:
- For "Column I [Who else can view this objective (Email)]", you can fill in the work or personal email of which other user is able to view these objectives. By default, only the objective owners and their direct managers can edit & view. This is an optional field.
- For "Column J, L, M, N*, O, P", are required fields. "Column K & Q"are optional fields. To fill in the first key result and the rest after, start on a new row below the respective objective.
- Column M (Key result metric unit) options are: Numerical, Monetary, Percentage, Time & Qualitative
- Column N (Key result currency) is a required field only if key result metric unit is monetary
Step 3. Upload the template in your Omni URL through "(company name).omnihr.co/new-import". For example, if your Omni URL is omnihr.omnihr.co, you will want to upload through "omnihr.omnihr.co/new-import". Choose the option 'Bulk Import OKR'
