Overview
Yes, during an active Review Phase, the goals shown in your review form will automatically reflect the latest updates made in My Goals.
This means that if goals are added, updated, removed, or become ineligible during the review period, the changes will automatically appear in the review form while the Review Phase is still active.
Once the Review Phase ends, goal data will be locked and no further changes will appear in the review form.

How Goal Updates Work During an Active Review Phase
The review form stays synced with your latest eligible goals throughout the active Review Phase.
Any updates made to goals will automatically appear in the review form, including:
- New goals added
- Goal title or content updates
- Goal status changes
- Goal deletions
No manual refresh or resubmission is required.
Which Goals Will Appear in the Review Form
All eligible goals will appear in the review form except goals in the following statuses:
- Draft
- Pending Submission
- Not Set
All other goal statuses will continue to appear in the review form.
What Happens When Goals Change
If a New Goal Is Added
The new goal will automatically appear in the review form.
Any existing review answers will remain unchanged.
If a Goal Is Edited
The updated goal information will automatically appear in the review form.
Existing review answers linked to that goal will still be retained.
If a Goal Becomes Ineligible
If a goal status changes to:
- Draft
- Pending Submission
- Not Set
the goal will temporarily disappear from the review form.
If the goal becomes eligible again before the Review Phase ends, it will reappear together with any previous review answers.
If a Goal Is Deleted
The deleted goal will be removed from the review form permanently.
Any review answers linked to that goal will also be deleted.
Important Notes
- Goal updates happen automatically during the active Review Phase.
- No notifications will be sent when goals are updated.
- Your review status (Not Started, Draft, or Submitted) will not change automatically when goals are updated.
- Even after a review is submitted, updated goal information may still appear while the Review Phase remains active.
When Goal Data Becomes Locked
A final snapshot of all goal data is taken once the Review Phase ends.
After this happens:
- goal information becomes fixed
- no further goal updates will appear in the review form
- submitted reviews become final historical records
