Overview:
Breezy HR has partnered with Omni HR, enabling it's software to be integrated with Omni. Let's go through the steps below.
Integrating with Breezy:
You can find Breezy HR under Apps > Third Party Apps. Click the App and you will be brought to the app details page to configure the settings for integration.
- Copy the webhook URL and send it to Breezy HR's customer support. Once they have set this up, they will provide you with the Shared Secret, which you can paste in the Share Secret Field.
Click Connect to get connected. You can also pause the connection status by clicking Disconnect.
Start Syncing Candidates:
Create positions in Breezy HR via the "+" button beside Positions/Pools in the left side panel.
Fill-up the necessary information to create a new position, then click on Activate Position once done.
When viewing the details of the position, there will be an Add Candidate button at the top right to create a new candidate with that position, and to input the status to create it from
We don't recommend creating the candidate under Hired status. If you do so, you'll need to move the candidate to another column and back to Hired in order for the candidate to be synced to Omni.
- When candidate is moved to Hired stage in Breezy HR, Omni will automatically sync employee details including: Name, Phone, Email, Job Position, etc to Omni.
- The new hires will appear under "Pending hires" tab in the People menu, and you can choose to Add employee from here. You just have to fill-up information that does not exist in Breezy HR.
- Once the employee is added successfully, the employee is moved to the "Done" tab.
- You can also manually mark employee as added, or delete pending hires if they are not applicable anymore.
- These hires will be moved to the Done tab, and any other sync from Breezy HR will not update these employees.
