Overview:
Lever has partnered with Omni HR, enabling it's software to be integrated with Omni. Let's go through the steps below.
Integrating with Lever:
You can find Lever under Apps > Other Integrated Apps. Click the App to open a popup to connect to Lever.
- Once you click on “Connect”, you will be brought to Lever’s Log in page, where you will need to Login with your Lever account.
- After login, you will see this “Authorize App” screen to enable Omni HR to get access to some of the required information for syncing.

- Once connection is successful, you will see the connection status “Connected”, and the default toggle allows Omni to receive hired candidates information.
- You can also choose to disconnect anytime, or toggle off “Receive hired candidates information” to stop receiving further updates to candidates information.
What to do in Lever to start syncing candidates?
- Click on your profile image, and go to “Settings” page.
- On the left navigation bar, click on “Integrations and API”, and click on the Webhooks Tab. On this page, ensure that the “Candidate Hired” toggle is turned on.

- Hired candidate information will then be sync-ed over to Omni.
Create Jobs and Candidates
- Go to the Jobs tab on the top navigation bar

- Click ADD JOB POSTING and fill up the required information, then “Create Posting”.

- Go to the Candidates tab on the top navigation bar and click Add Candidate
- Fill up the form with information of the candidate.
- When the candidate is ready to be marked as hired, move it to the Hired stage.

- We will automatically sync over candidates that are in the hired stage to Omni.

Pending Hires
- When status of candidate is moved to “Hired” stage in Lever, we will automatically sync over employee details including: Name, Address, Emails, Phone numbers (only work and mobile), Job Position to Omni.
- These new hires will appear under “Pending hires” tab from People navigation bar, and you can choose to Add employee from here, where the new hire’s information will be populated in the add employee form, minimalising the need for duplicate data entry, and you just need to fill up additional information that does not exist in Workable.
- Once employee is added successfully, you will see that the employee row is moved to “Done” tab.

- You can also manually mark employee as added, or delete pending hires if they are not applicable anymore.
- These hires will be moved to Done tab, and any other sync from Lever will not update these employees.
