Bulk Upload & Display Final Ratings

Overview:

To enhance the accuracy and fairness of performance evaluations, we have introduced a feature to import and display the final ratings from an offline HR calibration process. 


Importing Final Ratings

Here are the steps to take to import your final ratings:


Step 1. Download/Make a copy of the template from this link.

Step 2. Fill-up the template accordingly.



Here are some things to remember about the template as you are filling up

  • For "Column A (Performance review cycle)", this field is case sensitive, thus it is important to ensure the name of the cycle matches what it is shown on the system. In the event, there are typos or any inconsistencies, the upload will result in an error. 
  • For "Columns B (Email - Reviewee)", this should be the reviewee's email address from their profile and it does not have to be the primary email. 
  • For "Column C (Overall Score)", key in the final ratings exactly as how you wish for it to be displayed on the system.
  • For "Column D (Delete?)" is an optional field, but essentially by inputting Delete? = No, it will allow the record to be imported in. 


Step 3. Upload the template in your Omni URL through "(company name).omnihr.co/new-import". For example, if your Omni URL is omnihr.omnihr.co, you will want to upload through "omnihr.omnihr.co/new-import". 



  • Click Import > Click the Dropdown in the pop-up > Choose "Bulk Upload Performance Overall Score".



 

  • "Drag and drop" or "click here to upload" to choose the upload template. Click Import.
  • After a few minutes, you will receive an email through your primary email. Click the attached file to see if the upload was successful.
  • You will see "Success!" in Column A (Validation) for items that were successfully uploaded. If it failed, you will see an error message. Adjust the upload template accordingly, then try uploading again.


Displaying Final Ratings

  • After uploading the final ratings, you may reach out to our support team to turn on the visibility of the ratings for:
    • Reviewees
    • Primary Managers

  • Once this is turned on from the backend, this is how the final ratings will be displayed:


To Do > Performance > My Review (Reviewee's View)


To Do > Performance > Team Review (Primary Managers View)


* For Closed Cycles, it is important to toggle 'Include Closed Review Cycles' to view the review ratings and results
