How to Grant Admins Permission to Manage Forms

Overview: 

Omni allows you to set up custom forms for employees to submit, which can then be routed to managers or other users for approval.
For example, you can create a Flexible Work Arrangement Request form with built-in approval flows — all directly in Omni.

• By default, the following permissions are granted to Admins. If you have other Admins in your organization, ensure that both of these permissions are enabled in their role access controls. 

  • Create forms

  • View all created forms and manage form editors

• Form app availability:

  • Admins and employees will see the Form app in the left navigation bar.

  • The Form library is open to all employees.

  • Manage Forms is only accessible to users with either:

    • Create forms, or

    • View all created forms and manage form editors permissions.
