How to View Form Submissions

Overview: 

You can now setup custom forms for employees to submit for managers or other user approvals via Omni.

This guide will show you how admins and form editors may view form submissions via Omni.


Viewing Form Submissions

  • The Dashboard Tracker can be viewed from Forms > Manage Forms. This tracker displays a list of forms in tabular format including:
    • Form Name
    • Form Category
    • Available to
    • Editors
    • Status (Active / Inactive)


  • The below users' view of the dashboard tracker will be as follows:
    • Form Editors: View list of forms they have edit access
    • Admins*: View comprehensive list of forms

* Provided they have access to 'View all created forms and manage form editors' permission

  • Only form editors can then click into a form to view form submissions



  • Form editors can click into a specific form submission to view the submission details.



  • The Forms list is supported by a Filter, allowing Admins to easily filter Forms based on their current status, or even by submitters’ Location, Company, Department or Position.
