How to Download Acknowledgment Status Report in Documents

Note: This feature only applies to documents you have uploaded and shared with employees through Documents > Document Library.


The Acknowledgement Status Report helps you track which employees have acknowledged the documents you uploaded, and who still has pending acknowledgements.

Steps to View and Download the Acknowledgement Status Report


1. Locate the Document


(a) Go to Documents > Document Library.


(b) Use the search bar to find the specific document you want to check.


(c) Click on the Document to view it.



2. Switch to Admin Mode


(a) If the document is shared with you, you may see both Employee Mode and Admin Mode.


(b) Switch to Admin Mode to access the acknowledgement status.


(c) Reports are only available in Admin Mode.



3. Check Status Overview Without Downloading


You can already see a quick summary of acknowledgements:

  • Pending
  • Completed




4. View Report


(a) Click View Report to see acknowledgement details directly in the system. You do not need to download the report to view this information.


(b) Use Filters for Quick Checks

  • To narrow down results, use filters such as:

    • Employee name

    • Position

    • Department

    • Location

    • Acknowledgement status




5. Download the Report


(a) If you wish to keep a copy or share the details, click Download Report. It will be sent to your email.


(b) The report will include acknowledgement details for all employees the document was sent to.





With these steps, you can easily monitor who has acknowledged your documents and keep track of pending acknowledgements, either directly in the system or through a downloadable report.
