This article explains how to configure and manage access control settings in Performance+ to define who can view, create & manage review cycles.

Accessing Performance+
To access the Performance+ module, you must first make sure that your role has the right access control settings.
- Navigate to Settings > Access Control and click on your role.
- Then, scroll down the Access to system functions section and look for Performance +.
- Enable permissions for create review cycle, view all created cycles and manage cycle editors & configure master form and rating scale templates for full access to the Performance + module.

Review Cycle Permissions & Behaviors Explained
Each system permission defines what a user can and cannot do in the Performance+ module.

Configure master form and rating scale templates
- This has been renamed from Configure form templates that was part of the Performance module configuration.
- It serves the same function for users; allowing you to create master form & rating scale templates now in Performance +
Cycle editors (per-cycle access)
We have introduced a new layer of access permissions - on a per-cycle level. This allows global organisations to provide more granular access for country-specific administrators to manage review cycles in their own market.
