Reactivating Terminated Employees

Overview:

Let's learn how to reactivate terminated employees in this article.

 

Reactivating the Employee:

  • Go to the Terminated Employee's Profile > Employment section.


  • Edit and remove the Last Day of Work, then if you want to reflect new start date, you may do so too. Click Save afterwards.


  • Refresh the page, then the employment status should now be Active again.


  • Although this is not a requirement, we highly suggest you do this afterwards. Go to the Employee Profile > Job Section > View Change history > Add New Record, then add the details of the latest job event. This is to ensure that you are keeping an accurate record of the job changes of the employee, including termination and rehiring. Click Save once done.
