Weightages

Overview:

If you have ratings questions in your performance cycles, we can now support them in Omni! 

Configure Weightages:

• You can start setting up the weightages in the Configure Weightages step of the Add Cycle form.
  
  

• Tick the button for "System rating". More sections will appear in the page. 
  • The first part is where you'll assign weightages to individual sections (Objectives and/or Open Questions), and set the max overall score.
    
    

• 
  
  • If you chose both Objectives and Open Questions in the first step, then you'll have to choose the weightage for each accordingly. But if you only chose one in the first step, then it will automatically be 100%.
• The second part if where you'll assign weightages for the individual reviews within each section.
  
  

• For example, if you chose Self Review and Manager Review for Objectives, you'll choose the weight of each individual review in regards to the Objectives.
• The last part is where you'll assign weightages to ratings questions within each individual review for the Open Questions.
  
  

For example, if you have multiple ratings questions for the Self Review open questions, you'll decide what is the weight of each question in regards to the Self Review.

• If there is only one ratings question for each individual review, you can just skip this part.

• Once done, click Next.
