Overview:

During performance review, your admin may require you to choose objectives that you or your direct reports will be reviewed against. Let's see in this article how you can do just that for your own account, and your direct report's.

Choosing Objectives

  • First, make sure that your objectives are updated in the OKR module. You can use this guide to learn how to do so

  • Go to To-dos > Performance:
    • If you are a self-reviewee, go to My Review > look for the review cycle and the box the contains your name as the reviewee > click Select Objectives.

    • The applicable objectives are automatically chosen, but you can edit accordingly by clicking the trash icon for those objectives you will not include.

    • If you are a manager reviewer, go to Team Review > look for the review cycle and the box that contains your direct report's name as the reviewee > click Select Objectives

    • The applicable objectives for the reviewee are automatically chosen, but you can edit accordingly by clicking the trash icon for those objectives you will not include.
      • Additionally, you have the option to lock selection, so that no further changes will be made to the objective selection.

  • Once done, click Confirm.
    • If you need to edit, just go back to the same page > look for the cycle > click Edit. Note that if your manager has locked selection, you will not be able to edit anymore.

Now, what's left is to wait for the individual reviews to start. Good luck!
