Overview:
Non-participants (e.g., HR, senior leaders) can now view review results based on predefined visibility rules.
Only non-participants whom have authorisation to view an employee's performance tab, will be able to view the review results.
Access Control (For Admins Use)
- To allow authorised users to view review results as a non-participant, they can be granted access via Settings > Access Control > Admin's access to employee profiles > Performance > Other Profiles
- Here you may toggle whether the user is able to view Active, Past, or both cycles, by clicking on the eye icon
- You can further set whether the user can view All or specific group of employees.
Default Visibility Rules
- The visibility rules for non-participants are by default as follows:
- Self Review & Peer Review → Results visible immediately after submission
- Primary & Secondary Manager Reviews → Results visible after the review cycle is closed
- Upward Review → Results visible immediately after submission
- Reviewer Names → Always visible for all review types
Viewing Performance Results
To view the performance results of an employee, you may follow the steps below:
- Look up employee either via global search bar or people module
- On employee profile, click on Performance tab and toggle between Active or Past cycles to view selected cycles and the results
