Overview:
The Reports module in Omni HR allows you to generate either preset reports or customized reports.
This article focuses on the preset reports and how to generate them.

The Preset Reports:
To start, go to Reports > Preset.
There are two types of preset reports in Omni HR:
1. People reports
These reports provide insights into employees’ job and compensation information.
- Job History - Shows the job changes in an employee’s career journey.
- Compensation History - Shows the compensation changes in an employee’s career journey.
- Job, manager, and compensation snapshot - Provides job, manager, and compensation details of employees at a specific point in time.
2. Time off reports
These reports provide details about employees’ time off records.
Time off balance - Generates a breakdown of employees’ time off balances, with options to include pending requests and specify time off types.
- Time off transactions - Generates records of employees’ time off requests, with the same options to include pending requests and specify time off types.
Generating the Reports:
To generate a report:
Go to Reports > Preset.
Select the report type you want to generate.
Apply the filters in the pop-up window.
Click Export.
The report will automatically be downloaded to your device
1. People reports
- To generate the reports for Job History and Compensation History, choose the date range of the effective dates for the job/compensation changes you want to see. Don't forget to also select the employment status.
- For example, if you want to see all job changes that happened in 2022 for active employees, click Job history and enter the 01/01/2022 - 31/12/2022 as the period, then select Active as the employment status.

- To generate the report for Job, Manager, and Compensation Snapshot, enter the dates for which you want to see the snapshot of your employees, along with the employment status.
- For example, for the active employees, if you want to see their snapshot last December 31, 2022, put 31/12/2022 - 31/12/2022 as the period, then select Active as the employment status.

2. Time off reports
- To generate the reports for time off balance and time off transactions, enter the date range of the balances/requests you want to see, then select the time off type and the employment status. Be sure to also tick the box "Include Pending time off request" if you want to take into account the pending requests.
- For example, if you want to see the time off requests (including the pending) of active employees for the month of January 2023, click Time off transactions and choose 01/01/2023 - 31/01/2023 as the period, then select Active as the employment status. Tick the box "Include Pending time off request before clicking Export.
- For example, if you want to see the time off requests (including the pending) of active employees for the month of January 2023, click Time off transactions and choose 01/01/2023 - 31/01/2023 as the period, then select Active as the employment status. Tick the box "Include Pending time off request before clicking Export.
For all the preset reports, they will automatically be downloaded once you click Export.
