Overview:
Admins can now track task completion status via the dashboard tracker. This guide aims to demonstrate how this can be done via a few ways.
- In the Dashboard Tracker > By Task tab, admins can monitor completion status based on each task.
- The Task column displays the task templates created in Workflows > Templates, which have been assigned to employees.
Here are a few ways for you to track the completion status based on your needs:
(1) Track by the % Completed
% completed = Outstanding / (Outstanding + Completed)
Examples:
- Task A: 107 / (40+107) = 72.7% ≈ 72%
- Task D: 200 / (1+200) = 99.5% ≈ 99%
(2) View the specific tasks assigned to employees
- You can click on the numbers to view the specific tasks assigned and their respective assignees.
- Note: Task Assigned column reflects the actual task name that was assigned to assignees at the time. This name may differ from the original task template if it was renamed before assignment.
Example: "Task A" was assigned to Joev, then renamed to "Task Name A" before being assigned to Monica.
(3) Filter the tasks
- You can filter the tasks based on task status, send date, due date, completion date, location, company, department, team and position.
(4) View overdue tasks only
- You can filter to view only overdue tasks, making it easier to remind the relevant employees to complete them.
- What tasks are considered Overdue? When the status is Outstanding & the due date is due
- All scheduled & completed columns becomes 0
- If there is no outstanding task from the employees for the task, you will not find any row with the task shown.
- % completed will not be displayed
