Overview:
This article aims to help you understand your time off tab under your employee profile. We will review the different sections; Time off balances, Time off events, Work Schedule & Holiday Calendar, and what are the functions you can perform from this view. We will also aim to explain how to read and understand the time off widget on your home page.

How to navigate to your personal time off tab?
View my profile
- From your home page, click on View my profile or Profile
- You will view your profile and several tabs as below
- Navigate to the tab that says Time Off
Time off widget
- From the time off widget, you can click View All
Understanding your personal time off tab
Time off balances
- This is where you will be shown an overview of all the time off types that are assigned to you, and what are your respective available balances.
- You are able to click on any of the time off types, to view more information on the time off balances and the history of time off you have taken
- You are also able to request for your time off from this view
Time off events
- Here is where you are able to view your time off records; past or upcoming leave applied
- There are two views: Calendar & List
- Calendar:
- By default it will display the calendar view of the current month you are viewing the tab in.
- You will be able to identify based on the agenda shown your non-working days, public holidays & half-days.
- You are also able to apply for leave by clicking on the days within the calendar. It will open up the same time off request modal as per the 'Request Time Off' button at the top.
- If there are any time off applied, it will also be shown here, and you will be able to click into it to view further details of the application.
- List:
- There are two views: Active & All
- Active: Only shows you present and upcoming time off events that are pending or have been approved. Allows you a clear view of your upcoming time off.
- All: Will show you historical time off records, of all statuses; for approval, approved, rejected or cancelled.
- Active: Only shows you present and upcoming time off events that are pending or have been approved. Allows you a clear view of your upcoming time off.
- There are two views: Active & All
- Calendar:
Work Schedule & Holiday Calendar
- Shows you what type of work schedule & holiday calendar has been assigned to yourself.
- This is what determines your time off calendar view, and your time off allocation and usage
- You can click on View Change History to view more information of both schedule and calendar
Understanding your time off widget on home page
- You will be able to view a summary of your time off on your home page via the time off widget.
- Similarly to your time off tab, this widget will show you your assigned time off types and balances, upcoming time off events and allows you to request for time off right from the home page.
