Turn On Automatic Clock In and Out for your Employees

Overview:

Automatic time recording when clocking in and out is now an option in Omni. Your employees will not need to manually enter their hours with this turned on. Let's see how you can do that in this article.

 

Turning on Automatic Time Recording:

  • Go to Settings > Work Schedule > Click the Work Schedule you want to enable automatic time recording for.



  • At the bottom, there is a question, "Enable automatic clock in & clock out?". Tick the button next to it to turn on automatic time recording for the work schedule. Click Save.



  • Employees assigned to the work schedule should now be able to automatically clock in and out with the system automatically capturing their hours.
