Overview:
If your HR Admin turned on automatic time recording for your work schedule, you don't have to manually input your hours. Let's see how you can automatically clock in and out in this article.
Clocking In and Out Automatically:
There are 2 ways to click the Clock In Button.
- Go to My Attendance on the left side panel.
- Go to Homepage > Attendance Widget.
- Click Clock In.
- The timer will start, and will continue even if you go to other pages, close the page, or even logout.
- If your admin made them mandatory, you will be required to input your Project and Remarks. You can also do this before you click Clock out.
- Once you are done for the day, you may click the stop button in the homepage, or in My Attendance. Afterwards, the system will record your time worked for the day.
- The time recorded is based on the time zone you clocked in. If for example, you are in Singapore, your time recorded will be based on SGT.
