How to Access & Submit Forms

Overview:

If you wish to submit a form i.e. Flexible Work Arrangement Request, Laptop Request, etc via Omni, this guide will show you where to access the forms your company has prepared, and submit them to the authorised personnel


Form Library

  • To access the forms repository, you can click Forms > Form Library and if you have been shared a form, the form will be visible here.



How to Submit a Form


  • Step 1: Go to Forms > Form Library > Click into the chosen form. For this example, we are taking the 'Request for FWA'



  • Step 2: Fill in the required fields and answer questions within the form



  • Step 3: Once filled, click Submit

  • A successful form submission will look like this ⬇



Notification of Form Approval or Rejection

  • When your form is approved or rejected, you will be notified via email as below:
