Overview:
This article aims to guide how an approver will be notified of any forms that require their attention, as well as how they can take action (approve/reject) a form via Omni. For this example, we will take the submission of a Request for FWA.
Reviewing & Approving Forms
Email Notification - to Approver
- As an approver of a form, you will be notified of a submission via email
- Clicking on Review Form will direct you to the submitted form. You may then review and click Approve or Reject
Form approval via To-Dos
- Approvers may also review pending submissions via To-Do > Forms tab
- You can click on the specific submission to review the form and click Approve or Reject
- Once a form is approved, it will still be available for view under All sub-tab
- If a form is rejected, a pop-up will appear prompting the approver to provide a reason for rejection
- Once a form is approved or rejected, the submitter will be notified via email as well on the status.
