How to Edit or Delete Forms

Overview:

You can now setup custom forms for employees to submit for managers or other user approvals via Omni HR.

This guide will show you how admins and/or form editors may edit or delete forms via Omni HR.



TABLE OF CONTENTS


Editing Forms

  • At any point in time, form editors can choose to edit the form, including questions, availability scope and approval flow, etc.



  • Note that this will only affect new forms displayed to employees, and the previously submitted ones will be unchanged.


Deleting Forms

  • Form editors can also delete created forms.


  • Admins can delete a Form, but this action will:
    • Permanently delete all associated Form data, including submissions.

                    Note: This action is irreversible and must be performed with caution.
