Display of Preferred Name

Overview: 

If you have opted to display the preferred name instead of the legal name in the system's user interface, the preferred name will appear in the following areas. 

1. Profile Snapshot
2. Org Chart
3. People Directory
4. Team Calendar
5. Dashboard Widgets
6. Tasks (& Emails)
7. Time Off (& Emails)

We will be displaying it in more areas in the future. Will keep you updated!

1) Profile Snapshot

• Login profile (top right of top navigation bar)
• Team section (Manager, Peers, Direct Reports)

• Team Section View All

2) Org Chart

• Organization Chart Cards

• View Employees without team
  

• Searching for an employee in the organisation chart
  
  

3) People Directory

• Preferred name will be displayed under First Name if found

4) Team Calendar

• Both displayed names & initials under Users column
