Overview:
You can now setup custom forms for employees to submit for managers or other user approvals via Omni.
This guide will show you how to download a form submission report.
Download Report
- Only if there is at least ONE form submission, the Download report button will appear for form editors.
- Report will be sent to the form editor’s email.
- The report will include:
- Form Responses: Detailed answers from respondents.
- Submission Data: Information on who completed the form and submission timestamps.
Things to Note
- This report can be downloaded in a xlxs format for further analysis and record-keeping.
- Deleted questions will still be displayed in the report (so that previous responses by employees are still kept), but displayed at the last few columns after the existing questions.
- BUT if there is no submission for that question at all, The DELETED question will not appear in report.
- Reordering of questions after editing a form, will also be reflected in the report display.
- If a user is deleted, all submissions related to that user will be deleted however, if the user was terminated, the submissions will still be kept.
