Overview:
As an admin, you may be required to download your organizations salary information in the form of a master report for evaluation. However, sometimes issues occur where the salary information in the report is incomplete. This guide aims to show you how you troubleshoot this issue.
TABLE OF CONTENTS
Issue: When downloading a master report, the salary information is incomplete
This issue occurs because the user does not have a current base salary recorded on their employee profile but have historical or future records. When the 'Include past, present, future records' option is not turned on, the report generated is only displaying the base salary records that are presently active. It will not display past or future salary records.
Suggestion: Enable 'Include past, present, future records' option
It's as easy as just clicking on the 'Include past, present, future records' option to turn it on. Your master report should now show the historical base salary data.
Important note
When you enable the 'Include past, present, future records' option, other salary related sections like 'Recurring items' & 'Ad hoc payments' will be locked and prevented from being included in your master report. If you wish to download the full historical data for those 2 section, you'll have to download them in 2 separate master reports.
