(1) Email notification
- When the review phase is launched, and peer selection starts, you will be notified via email:

- The email will inform you of the task as well as the due date. You may then click Select Peers to be brought to your account to get started.
(2) From To-Dos
- You can also select peers for your direct reports by going to your To Do > Performance+ > Reviews
- Look for the active review that requires peer selection for your direct reports, then click Select Peers.

How does it work?
Selecting Peers
- After click "Select Peers", below modal will appear.

1. You can see the instructions on how many peers you can select i.e. You can select up to 3 peers or You can select as many peers as needed.
2. Use the search bar to look up the peers you wish to select and the selected peer will be added to the selected peers list.
3. You may use the trash icon to remove peers if you change your mind.
4. Once you are happy with your selection, you can click Save.
5. After selecting the peers and clicking Save, a confirmation message will appear indicating that the peer selection has been saved successfully.

- Note: If you attempts to save without selecting any peers, the system will display an error message.

Editing Peer Selections for Direct Reports
- If you wish to edit the peer selection, you would be able to do it before the due date of the selection phase.
- After the selection is closed, you will not be able to make any edits, and the selection will be finalized.
- To edit, go back to your To Do > Performance+ > Reviews.
- Look for the active cycle that allows you to edit your peers.

- You may then use the trash icon to remove peers and look up new peers to select.
- Once done with your edits, click Save.
Lock Peer selection & Unlock Peer selection
- If the peer list should no longer be editable, you can lock the peer selection to prevent further changes.

- Once the peer selection is locked, a confirmation message will appear indicating that the peer selection has been locked successfully.

- Once peer selection is locked, the selected peers become view-only and can no longer be edited. If the peer selection method allows reviewees to select peers, they will also no longer be able to select peers after it is locked.

- If the peer selection is locked, the reviewing manager can unlock it again for further edits.

- Once the peer selection is unlocked, a confirmation message will appear indicating that the peer selection has been unlocked successfully.
