Overview:
Filling-up attendance in Omni is relatively easy and straightforward. Let's see how you can do just that in this article.
Filling-up Attendance Manually:
- Go to My Attendance in the sidebar. You'll be brought to the attendance page to enter your hours.
- Go to the day you want to fill-in your hours > hover your mouse next to the date and click the "+" sign.
- Enter your time worked.
- If you are required to fill up the Project and Remarks fields, you will see them here and fill-up accordingly. Click Save.
- You may enter hours beyond your work schedule, but these will be recorded as overtime.
- If you were late, or had to start later than your schedule, the work hours recorded will be below your designated work hours, then the hour/s you worked to compensate for the late start will be recorded as overtime.
Other Options for filling up your timesheet manually:
- You may click Add time button at the upper right side of the My Attendance page. Afterwards, input the date, time worked, and other appropriate details accordingly.
- You may also click Populate with schedule, for you to enter your times worked in bulk. You will still be required to fill-up your Project and Remarks fields if made mandatory.
